The default page display is " Sent VBC History " to see who you sent your Virtual Business Card to, if you want to see who sent you their VBCs, click on the " Received VBC History " icon in the blue menu bar at the bottom of your screen.
Sent VBC History
The default order is by date, but you can use the arrows at the top right of the date to group the status of your VBC shipments to quickly find out who received it or not, accepted or rejected it etc...Mail Delivered
Your invitation has been delivered, it may have been seen, but has not yet been opened.
Saw
Your invitation was opened and the person visited your profile.
VBC Accepted
Your contact has seen your profile and decided to keep it in his VBC Directory.
Pending
Your contact has seen your profile, but has not created a VBC account or has not yet created one, or has not added you to his VBC Directory yet.
Wrong Mail
Your mail could not be delivered to this email address, check if you did not make any mistakes or if the spell checking service has done its job.
Maybe this email is no longer valid, contact the person again so that you can have the last address.
Wrong Mobile N°
Your invitation has not been sent, check that the phone number is the right one.
VBC Rejected
The person does not want to be in your contacts and reject your VBC.
VBC Blocked
The person has blocked you and no longer wants you to contact them, in The VBC - The Virtual Business Card, as soon as a person has blocked you, you will no longer be able to contact them again by this means.

Menus
At the bottom of your screen, you have a blue menu bar displaying from left to right.
Search
Allows you to quickly search the list for a person to whom you have sent your Virtual Business Card or received from.
Note : If you are in " Sent VBC History " the search will only be done in the VBCs you have sent.
If you are in " Received VBC History " the search will only be done in the VBCs you have received.
Sent VBC History
All the VBCs you already have, and have sent.
Received VBC History
All the VBCs you have received and will receive.
Burger Menu
This menu allows you to delete the " Sent VBC History " and " Received VBC History " lists as well as the possibility to change the search order to :
- Alphabetical order
- Recent
- Oldest
- Name
Received VBC History
By default, The VBC - The Virtual Business Card shows you the VBCs you have sent, if you want to access the Virtual Business Cards you have received, you must press the icon " Sent VBC History " in the blue menu at the bottom of your screen.
From there, you have a view on all the VBCs received sorted by date, if you want to see the Status Connection Requests, press on the small arrows at the top right of the dates, the sorting is done by :
Sorting is done by :
Pending
You have received one or more new connection requests and have not yet responded to them.
VBC Accepted
You have received and accepted a new person in your VBC Directory.
VBC Rejected
If you don't want to have this person as a contact in The VBC.
Blocked User
This person contacts you too often or sends you too many invitations to join his network or for some other reason? block here!
Note :If you inadvertently blocked the person or you have changed your mind...

Search for the person in your list of Received VBCs

Select the contact to open the choices.

Choose " View Profile " and accept this user's VBC or " Accept VBC & Send your VBC ".

It will send a notification to this contact that you are a new contact.
Accept a new Virtual Business Card
From your profile, you will see a red bubble on the " VBC History " icon with the number of actions that happened.
If all the actions are for new connection requests you will be sent directly to the " Receive VBC History " page if there are also people who have accepted you will then be directed to the " Sent VBC History " page, therefore, you will have to press the icon at the bottom of the page " Receive VBC History " to be redirected there.
Once on the page, you will be able to select the person who sent you their Virtual Business Card in order to accept it or not.
The following options are available to you :
View Profile
By pressing this button, you will see the profile of the person who wants to be in contact with you. If you don't know the person it may be better to see who they are and why they want to get in touch with you!
Visit his profile, take a look at his presentation and the things he likes and then on the profile picture on the right, you can see that there are different icons.
Accept VBC
By pressing this button you will accept the contact and send your VBC.
If you have only 1 VBC
After pressing the “ Accept VBC “ icon you will be redirected to the " Receive VBC " page and you can continue what you have to do.
If you have more than 1 VBC
After pressing the “ Accept VBC “ icon you will be redirected to the page where you can choose which Virtual Business Card you want to share with this person!
Swipe to see your other VBCs and tap to select it, a visual confirmation will confirm your choice and the red button will change to green to move to the next step.
Press the green send button and here you are... your VBC has been sent to your new contact.
You are also directed to the " Receive VBC " page and you can continue what you have to do.
Reject VBC
You don't want to get in touch with this person?
Press the " VBC Reject " icon and you will be redirected to the " VBC Receive " page and you can continue what you have to do.
Block User
You know this person and you don't want to be in contact with them and you don't want them to be able to contact you through this means?
Press the " Block this User " icon from this moment on, the person will no longer be able to contact you again.
A pop up will open to ask you if you are sure of your choice or not, and if you would rather decline the invitation.
You can use this button to stop showing this pop up for the next time, and finally press one of the two buttons at the bottom of your screen.
Do it NOOOW!
To block this contact.
Finally i will accept this VBC
To Accept use the green button at the bottom right and you will be redirected to the " Receive VBC " page and you can continue what you have to do.
Accept VBC & Send your VBC
You already know the person and you don't need to see their profile right away? This button is for you!
If you have only 1 VBC
By pressing this button you will immediately exchange your VBC with the person.
If you have more than 1 VBC
After pressing the “ Accept VBC “ icon you will be redirected to the page where you can choose which Virtual Business Card you want to share with this person!
Swipe to see your other VBCs and tap to select it, a visual confirmation will confirm your choice and the red button will change to green to move to the next step.
Press the green send button and here you are... your VBC has been sent to your new contact.
You are also directed to the " Receive VBC " page and you can continue what you have to do.
Reject VBC
You already know the person and you don't want to be in contact with them? Press this button and you will reject the connection.
Block this User
You already know the person and you don't want them to contact you again through The VBC - The Virtual Business Card, use this option.
If you have blocked this user and you want to contact them later anyway, you can do so by returning to this page and accepting their invitation.
